As this is a Cold Pressed Sunflower the flavour of the Sunflower seed really comes through. This oil has a lower smoke point than the Rapeseed, so it should be used like an Olive oil. Its delicious as a dressing with just a little salt and pepper added, or drizzled over new potatoes and veg as a finishing oil.
