The Rapeseed is sourced locally and Mountain Produce are only the second Welsh producer of Cold Pressed Rapeseed Oil. Their Rapeseed Oil has a buttery, rich, nutty flavour, and with less than half the saturated fat compared to Olive Oil its also a healthy choice.
The Cold Pressed Rapeseed Oil is very versatile and can be used for making dressings for their delicious salads, as well as for baking to replace dairy in recipes, roasting (it makes the best roast potatoes!), and for making sauces and marinades.
