Afternoon Tea (eating in or collection or gift voucher)

With our afternoon tea, you can order via the website for collection or simply book a table at the cafe (stating in the dietary requirements field that you are booking afternoon tea). You can also buy our afternoon tea as a gift voucher, just add in the message section that you would like to buy afternoon tea as a gift and we will contact you for further details on where we are to send the voucher.

Your afternoon tea includes a selection of finger sandwiches (see selection below), savoury bites, scones with cream, jam and butter, a selection of mini cakes and unlimited pots of speciality tea and is priced at £17 per person. You can even push the boat out and make it an extra special celebration with a bottle of mini fizz each for £22 per person.

For each person having afternoon tea – you need to add the multiples into your shopping basket e.g. if two people are having afternoon tea, then add two afternoon teas into your basket.

Sandwich options (on white or malted bloomer) are:

• Tuna mayonnaise
• Coronation chicken
• Cream cheese and cucumber (v)
• Welsh ham and mustard
• Welsh cheese and chutney (v)

You can leave a note before you check out to say if there are any items you do not want us to include, and we will try to make suitable swaps where possible. If you are eating in, your afternoon tea will be beautifully presented on vintage tea sets.

If you are collecting afternoon tea, each box is presented in a recyclable kraft window box, tied with raffia and a gift tag, and is available for collection from our café and deli at 20 Charles Street, Wrexham.

Choose from the drop-down menu which day and time you would like to book your table or collect your yummy afternoon tea (available Wednesday to Saturday only) or if you are purchasing afternoon tea as a gift voucher then add the day and time you would like us to send the voucher out to the recipient.

We make each afternoon tea fresh to order and therefore require at least 24 hours’ notice to ensure we can offer you the best selection of sandwiches and cakes.

Please also tell us of any food-related allergies or intolerances in the notes section before checking out and we will try to accommodate where possible. We will have to charge a supplement for gluten free and vegan afternoon tea – please call us to discuss further.
